End-to-end product design of a SaaS tool enabling data migrations between any two platforms. Led user research, information architecture, strategy, UI design, and system design for seamless mapping, scheduling, & validation across multiple platforms.
Designed both the admin and service portals for an AI-powered ITSM platform supporting remote work. Developed gamified troubleshoot flows and crafted intuitive, scalable interfaces for smarter issue resolution powered by AI copilots and automation.
Created an AI-driven UX workflow to automate stock tracking, RFQs, supplier management, and factory-level approvals. The system simplifies procurement and delivery, boosting transparency and decision-making across the manufacturing supply chain.
